USER AGREEMENT: TERMS OF SERVICES AND POLICIES

By registering for online programs offered by Women in Ministry International (WIMI), you are acknowledging that Women in Ministry International is not legally responsible for the actions of anyone who takes the course(s).
Account Terms:
You must be 18 years or older to participate in our online program(s).
You must provide your full name, a valid email address, and any other information needed to complete the application and/or enrollment process.
You acknowledge that Women in Ministry International will use the email address you provide as the primary method for communication.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Women in Ministry International cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your account and password.
A breach or violation of any term in the User Agreement will result in an immediate termination of your account.
General Conditions:
Your enrollment in any course offered by Women in Ministry International indicates that you have read, agree with, and accept all terms and conditions outlined in this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
You acknowledge and agree that your use of the service including information transmitted to or stored by Women in Ministry International, is governed by its privacy policy.

Credit card information is encrypted during transfer over networks.
Women in Ministry International’s Rights
We reserve the right to modify courses and/or course material for any reason, without notice at any time.
Verbal or written abuse of any kind (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any instructor, student, member, or officer of Women in Ministry International will result in immediate account termination.
In the event of a dispute regarding account ownership, we reserve the right to request documentation to determine or confirm an account. Documentation may include, but is not limited to, a scanned copy of your government issued photo ID, the last four digits of the credit card on file, etc.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Women in Ministry International be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our site, our services, or this agreement.
Women in Ministry International shall not be held liable for any service interruptions affiliated with the use of this site.
Women in Ministry International will utilize best practices to ensure all course information is accurate. However, Women in Ministry International does not guarantee course content will be 100% error free.

Financial Policy:
At Women in Ministry International, we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you have concerns, questions, or complaints please feel free to contact us at [email protected]. If you have attempted to resolve your issue with our support staff and decide that our course does not meet your expectations, you can receive a 50% refund of your purchase price via the method by which payment was submitted. We ask that you email your refund request to the address above, within 14 days of your purchase date. Although we make every effort to quickly refund your purchase, the process could take up to 10 business days.

Please also feel free to provide any feedback, although this does not impact your ability to receive a refund (if the request is within 14 days of your purchase).
